Registration Begins September 8, 2025
The digital registration form will go live on this page at 8:00 am on September 8, 2025.
Once your form is submitted, entries are grouped by submission date and then randomly selected for housing assignments. This ensures that accommodations are assigned fairly and consistently.
After all forms are processed, you will either receive an emailed contract from Fort Caswell or a mailed waitlist letter. If your group is placed, a non-refundable registration fee will be assessed at a rate of $25 per person. This fee will go towards your overall balance and will be due within 60 days of receiving your contract. Failure to submit this registration fee by the due date will result in your reservation being cancelled.
A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is half the cost of lodging and meals plus the full program fee. This amount will be indicated on your contract and is due by January 15, 2026. Failure to submit this deposit by the due date will result in your reservation being cancelled and loss of registration fee payment.
Cost Information:
All prices shown are per person. Meal tickets are included except for groups staying in a cottage. Groups staying in cottages are responsible for their own meals and will have a later check-out on Friday to allow for lunch. If you have any questions, please call Fort Caswell reservations staff at (910) 278-9501.
All non-N.C. Baptist partnering churches and out-of-state churches must wait until November 1, 2025 to submit the registration form.
