Coastal Explorers is a summer day camp for Middle-school-aged students.
2026 Coastal Explorers Summer Camp Schedule

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Read prior to camp registration for 2026.
Past Due Balances from 2024/2025: If you have an outstanding balance from a previous summer camp season, your child/camper is not eligible to register for camp this year until the account is paid in full. If you attempt to register your child without paying the previous past-due balance in full, they will be removed from the 2026 camp register.
CampDoc Camper Profile Completion Requirement: ALL CampDoc camper profiles must be 100% complete within two (2) weeks following the registration of your camper(s). If you have not completed each camper’s profile, your account will be deactivated for the 2026 summer camp season, and you will lose both your registration fee and the reservations you had for the weeks selected.
Camper Photo Requirement: A current photo of each camper is required and must be uploaded to the camper’s CampDoc profile. Camper photos are used to support electronic sign-in and sign-out procedures and to assist staff with proper camper identification.
Everyone must have a debit/credit card on file in CampDoc. Families are required to have a current debit or credit card on file in CampDoc. Please take a moment to review your account and update any outdated payment information. If your child’s camp balance has not been paid by the Friday prior to their camp week, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file. If the card is declined, your camper will be unable to attend camp until the balance is paid in full.
Registration
Online registration begins on March 23, 2026, and will continue until the last week of camp, August 3 – 7, 2026. All withdrawals and schedule changes must be made by Friday, May 15, 2026.

* There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 for 2026, due at the time of registration.
Registration and payments are processed online only using CampDoc services. We have included links to documents below that will help you with questions and to prepare for this recent change in registering for camp.

Please Note: If you cannot attend a pick-up time, your camper will receive their T-shirt on the first day of camp.

Tip: Arriving during the earlier hours helps avoid crowds!
Coastal Explorers Camp Life
Coastal Explorers is a summer day camp with a unique blend of recreation and exploration that will give your rising 6th through 8th graders an unforgettable summer experience!
Activities include gym games, crafts, pool time, beach swimming, surf fishing, and fort exploration. Once a week, campers will also have Environmental Day, where campers can fish, crab, and kayak. Campers will also visit the Drift Inn, Fort Caswell’s Ice Cream Shop. *Campers must bring their own money to purchase treats.
Cost: $110 per camper, per week + one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50.00. (For sibling discount, please call the office for the code).
Hours: 7:30 am–5:00 pm with pick-up no later than 5:30 pm.
2026 Day Camp weeks: Week 1: June 1-5, through August 3-7 2026
*Campers are required to bring a bagged lunch each day.
