Summer 2025 Registration
Registration Begins Nov. 1, 2024
You asked and we listened! New for Summer 2025 is a digital registration form!
The new digital registration form will go live on this page at 8:00 am on Nov 1, 2024.
You will receive a contract via email with your dates and lodging assignments once this registration form is processed. A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit includes half the cost of lodging, meals and the full program fee. These fees will be indicated on your contract and are due by Feb. 15, 2025.

If you have any questions about the registration process, please do not hesitate to call Fort Caswell reservations staff at 910-278-9501. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*Non-Southern Baptist churches may apply as well, although prices and registration dates will vary. Please get in touch with our office for details.
Theme: Remain
The 2025 camp theme is REMAIN. Based on John 15:4-5, REMAIN encourages students to abide in Jesus so they would bear much fruit. This isn’t a one-time occurrence, but characteristic of a life devoted to following Jesus every day. The challenge to remain is to be there and stay there.
