Christian Retreat Ministry (CRM) internships at Fort Caswell provide a unique opportunity to explore whether they are called to serve at Christian camps or conference centers or within the hospitality industry at large.

If you feel you may be called to serve as an employee and build a career in Christian Retreat Ministry, a season as an intern at Fort Caswell may help you build experience and valuable skills.

Our Internships are paid and housing, utilities, internet access, and many meals are included as well.
