Ron Fowler
Keynote Speaker
Ron Fowler was raised in Apex, NC along with his twin brother, an older sister, and a younger set of twin siblings. He came to know Jesus Christ at 16 years old after years of faking it. Graduating from WCU and later SEBTS (where he met and married his beautiful wife Shari), Ron then served in the student ministry for 30 years and now serves as “Second Half Pastor” at First Baptist Garner, working primarily with empty-nesters and senior adults (which he affectionally calls “student ministry in slow motion”). He and his wife have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. He loves laughter, games, and calling believers to greater faith in Christ!
