Theme: Behold Him
Step away from the busyness of the Christmas season and join us at Fort Caswell for a special time of worship, fellowship, and celebration.
Our theme, “Behold Him,” invites us to pause and turn our attention to Jesus—the greatest gift ever given. As we reflect on the Christmas story, we are reminded of those who encountered Christ and responded with worship. The shepherds came and worshiped. The wise men came and bowed before Him. Mary treasured these things in her heart.
Our response should be the same.
Through worship, teaching, fellowship, and reflection, we will consider what it means to truly behold Jesus and respond to Him with our lives. Worship is more than singing; it is surrender. Jesus deserves our attention, our gratitude, our trust, and our lives.
Come enjoy the beauty of Fort Caswell during the Christmas season, spend time with friends, make new memories, and most importantly, behold the One who came to dwell among us.
Speaker and Worship

Mike and Ginny Penry have been married for over 30 years and share a deep love for the Lord and for serving others. Mike spent 20 years serving the state of North Carolina in law enforcement, including 13 years as Chief of Police at Wake Technical Community College, before retiring. He and Ginny also planted The Revolution Church in Raleigh, where Mike served as pastor for 12 years. Today, Mike continues to have a heart for missions and a passion for boldly sharing the truth of God’s Word.
Ginny has a heart for ministry and a love for leading others to Jesus through music. A talented singer and former Fort Caswell Summer Staffer, she especially enjoys using her gifts to create opportunities for others to worship and draw closer to Christ.
Mike and Ginny are proud parents to their adult daughters, Alaina and her husband Ryan, and Holly and her husband Adam. They are also looking forward to becoming grandparents for the first time this September! When they’re not spending time with family or serving in ministry, they love traveling together in their RV and making memories along the way.
